I have to admit that this Entwine collection of wovens by Giucy Giuce for Andover was love at first sight, but when I ordered the bundle and I could finally see and touch them I completely fell in love.

They have the richest colours and a wide variety of incredible textures thanks to the different weave of the yarn that they make up.

For the background I went for this Robert Kaufman Essex Linen in speckled black. It pairs great with wovens, as it has a very nice texture and a similar touch to the Andover’s fabrics.

This was my first time using wovens and I have to admit htat I was a little worried about the fact that they tend to fray more than the quilting cottong and they are a little stretchy…

For the quilting I decided to make a simple 1/2 in distance parallel lines to let the texture of the wovens have the the prominence they deserve.

You can buy a copy of the pattern here. It is a beginner-friendly pattern and quick to make.

Includes the following sizes:

  • Wall Hanging
  • Baby
  • Throw
  • Twin
  • Queen
  • King

Y también 2 opciones de color: 1 color ó 1 color por fila de bloques.
