Shopping basics
Yes! Our quilts, pillows and quilt coats can be machine washed on delicate in cold water. Lay flat to dry and iron to smooth any wrinkles or creases. Quilts could crinkle slightly after being washed and fabric will soften with age and use.
We also offer the option of adding a short complimentary hand embroidered message to the back corner of our quilts. There’s a 20 character limit – the perfect length for initials, a special date, or a love note. Include the message in “Notes to Capaquilts” when adding the quilt to your cart.
Payments
You can pay via Paypal or use your credit card via Stripe. Both methods are 100% secure.
For international orders, we do not charge any taxes.
For orders within the EU, If you are a company with a Intracommunitary VAT nr, you can enter it during checkout and you’ll get your items tax free.
Shipping and returns
We hope it never happens, but if you are not happy with your purchase write us up to 7 days after receiving the package, explaining the reasons for return.
As soon as we receive the item and we check it is ok, we’ll make you a refund for the amount payed. You’ll receive the refund depending on the way you payed. Paypal refunds are normally faster (immediately) and credit card refunds could take up to 7 days.

Shipping is free when purchasing a minimum amount in your cart, after any discount is applied. These are the the minimum amounts per zone:
- Spain: 150 €
- Europe: 250 €
- International: 450 €
Any custom or duties expenses will be charged to the buyer inall cases.
