PURCHASE CONDITIONS
It has several forms of payment so you can complete your order:
- STRIPE, secure card payment: The customer chooses the type of card use among which are displayed and formalises payment. When the user enters their payment information, it is sent directly to Stripe and stored safely in its infrastructure, so the lender does not know or store data cards. Stripe has the highest level of PCI compliance because it has certified service provider PCI (Payment Card Industry) Level 1, the strictest level of certification.
- PAYPAL: Customer will be directed to the PayPal website to make payment securely through the account that the client has open. PayPal protects your financial information with security systems and fraud prevention industry leaders. When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with the seller. Once completed the payment, you will be sent a receipt of the transaction by email.
All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the customer’s payment card issuer denies, or for any reason does not authorize, the payment on our behalf, either with unavailable prior or subsequent to a payment, the provider is not liable for any delay or non-delivery.
The delivery time will depend on the production time indicated on the article. As soon as it is ready, you will receive an email with the confirmation and the tracking number of your shipment.
We ship worldwide! If your country does not appear on the list, send us a message and we will calculate the costs as soon as possible.
Customs charges or additional fees for each country are borne by the customer.
Shipment is free if:
- Order exceeds € 150.00 (applicable in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands and is not combinable with other offers or promotions, or ad hoc).
- Order exceeds € 250.00 (applicable in Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the rest of the EU countries and is not combinable with other offers or promotions, or ad hoc).
- Order exceeds € 450.00 (applicable in the rest of the countries and is not combinable with other offers or promotions, or ad hoc).
Orders are deemed delivered under at the time of signing the delivery note. It is the responsibility of the recipient to verify the integrity of the package and document delivery note of the transport agency any nonconformity or defect.
When opening the order received, served products not complying with what was agreed in the order or there is any impact, nonconforming product would be replaced. You must send us items to return paying the shipping and will be delivered a new product to replace the previous one.

The right of withdrawal applies only to final consumers, not only companies and products or services.
According to Article 103 of the General Law on Consumer Protection, which describes the exceptions for which the customer may not exercise its right of withdrawal, the following is stated:
- b) Contracts for the supply of products manufactured in accordance with the specifications of the consumer / user or clearly personalized or which, by its nature, they cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- m) The provision of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user knowledge meanwhile that consequently loses his right of withdrawal.
Unless the return is by product defects, costs relating to the shipment shall be borne by the user.
Returned orders must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with the accessories/gifts/other extras that have been delivered. For obvious reasons of protection of health and hygiene, the right of withdrawal shall not be valid if the products have been opened or unsealed or if they show obvious signs of having been tampered with.
The price of items displayed on the website include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.
The purchases made within the Member States of the European Union, is subject to VAT.
For purchases made by non-members of the European Union, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla States prices shown on this website are net prices.
